- Print and fill out the Application Form. Make sure to include all contact information!
- Print and fill out The Lease (Call us to get the address, rental price, etc...)
- Sign and date the lease and the application.
- Obtain separate certified checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for the deposit and first month's rental amount. Write your unit number on the check in the memo space.
- Mail, Fedex, or DHL all items to:

- Be sure you have a visa or other approved entry BEFORE you sign a lease with anyone!
- Provide us with contact information for someone in the U.S. who can help out if needed.
