Move-In Information
This page contains some important contact information for utilities, phone service, internet, and cable, as well as some points on move-in procedures.

Make sure you have your deposit and first-month rent checks in-hand or already paid when you come to get a key. We can't issue a key until those amounts are paid.

When you move-in, confirm which parking space is yours!

A checklist will be in your unit when you arrive. It is in your own interest to fill this out and return it. It becomes the basis for the return of your damage deposit. You must turn it in within two weeks of moving in.

Use the information below to contact and set-up your utilities. WE CAN DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU IF YOU DO NOT CALL THE COMPANY TO ARRANGE SERVICES BEFORE YOU MOVE-IN!!! For the most part, the previous tenants will leave utilities on through the 14th, so you can get a meter reading and have service commence on that date. If there is an interuption in service, the power company may have additional charges.
