All of our units are kept in excellent condition. We provide inspection sheets for you to fill out upon move in.
Damage deposits (equal to one month's rent) are returned within 30 days of the end of the lease term.
Leases are generally 12 months in duration and tenants have the right to sublet, if needed.
We have an on-call maintenance staff, and the main office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
Rent is always due on the 15th of each month.
Each property has reserved parking, 24 hour answering services, deadbolt locks, door peepholes, and on-site laundry facilities.
