The models shown here are from a 20 acre downtown city development project. The design involved a large hotel, shops, restaurants, bars, a dance club, and a plaza. The roofed areas were designed with railroad car displays, small shops, and eateries. The eight story glass atrium for the hotel features a rotating restaurant.
